This is all the slugg . there was more the water was right up to the return. I used a sump pump to do most until it got to the last 2 inches then the work began.

SPRING IS HERE

Hello everyone!!!!! Ya it really is me. It did not take me as long this time. Today is saturday May 5. I had to work all day. But when I came home I had to clean our pool. This past winter I did not get our winter cover on due to lack of help!!!! Never again. I usually just have to fill because the water is nice and clean under the cover. But this year due to no cover and two little puppys who did not like to venture far to do there business in the winter. It got some you know what in it as when it was frozen they would walk over it. We tried to catch them but did not. Then as the water melted Monica and he firen decided it would be fun to hit the ice and break it up I saw them to late. Yup it all went to the bottem and ya falked apart so a mix of dog do do and leafs and pine needles it went green real green. Meghan helped some before she had to go see her boyfriend I gues he was more important. It took me more than 3 hrs to clean it all out. I think I deserve swiss chalet for supper dont you!!!!

On to a better note I finished my last assignment YES now I just have to get through the exam on may 23rd. And then I have to do a co-op for 10 days at the hospital. Im looking forward to that. Thia past week my boss invited me to go to a managers meeting in Stoveville to a new long term care centre that just opened there. I enjoyed it very much. I hope she asks me to go again. The next time they go will be to a chinese long term centre. Any way Im starving so I need to sign off hope you all have a wonderful weekend.

I Really am Here

Well yes it has been over a month and what a month it has been. I really do enjoy blogging, but it is the time I just do not have right now. I do love taking a few minutes to read the ones I do and enjoy them. I can also say I have a had a bit of trouble with my computer. I ended up losing all my info on the computer. No I did not do back up silly eh. I do back up now well as soon as I learn how there were no directions with this thing need to figure it out today.I had to send my computer back to acer to get the whole harddrive replaced. I did not even have the computer for a year, so thankfully it was all covered. Saved me $200.
Yes my dad gets married tomorrow. I got the dress finished and it looks great I think so anyway. Shannon has been working hard on the decorations and my sister Pauline has been looking after the dishes and table cloths. I will post pictures as I'm sure shannonwill also. I still do not know what to wear. I have a out fit but I do not llike the top, and the top needs to be dark brown not a good time of year to be lookin for that colour. Oh well I guess I will just have to do some shopping today. I also have a assignment due on Monday I was hoping to finish it so I did not have to worry about it but that did not work out at all. Well I do really nee to go. i will post pictures next week of the wedding.

Its been a long time

Well hello again everyone. Lots has happened since January.As you all Know my dad got engaged at christmas. He then decided to turn 75 in Febuary. So all his children thought we should give him a party. Well you see also the Mischuks usually get together for a reunion around the same time well usually a bit earlier. But we decied to put them both together it was a busy day but very fun and it was great to see all his friends as well as family. I always have loved going to the mischuk reunions. They sure do know how to be a family. I dont think I know another family that gets together like they do especially the brothers at there age too. There are 4 brothers and 2 sisters. For there mother to have passed away at a early stage in their life you can imagine the impact she had on them and what a great praying father they must have had. If any one knows my dad he would do anything for you if he is able. Now just recently my oldest sister has asked that us three girls sisters bring him down to her place for a father daughter time without his fiance This is ok eh. You see he cannot drive that far right now as he has had some eye trouble and they are fixing it. I think it will be fun to do that with dad eh

Well we are almost done hockey for the season and guess what horse back riding is starting Our daughter Monica has a show on March 19. wow how the winter went ya and to say the least the time changes this weekend I thought I was hearing things when I heard that I knew they were talking about it but I did not know it went through. As least I dont work. YES time to clean house maybe start my assignment early for once. Well as best I can with no computer right now im using my sons desktop its not bad but I dont have anything on it no addresses at all I have to try and remeber them Yuk oh well hope all is well with everyone I iwlwl blog sooner Take care

Babysitting

Ok so here we go. I have been watching my two youngest nephews. who are 1 1/2 and 4 ok. They are Shannons children. Well you see my youngset is now 16 so there is a big difference. I have watched them before, but this time.

Man I give all you moms who have little ones credit. Im finding im going back in time like 13 yrs. Liam is happy to play games, watch tv, color, etc but the little one Jake, no I think he has found every nook and cranny in this house before I have.
He loves going into the Garage maybe he will be a mechanic some day hang on gotta go find him its too quiet.. ok he was just throwing Megs shoes down the stairs. He loves to play with anything BUT toys. He loves my big water bottles and the milk jugs he brings them to the living room and puts them on the couch then hits them off onto the floor he thinks this is funny. At least he is not getting into the cat and dog food like last time, when he was in crawling motion. You see now he walks all over and up and down the stairs. Oh yes he loves to try and use my sons big hockey sticks in the front entrance. I will try and snap a few photos this week when he is doing these things. I do miss the entertainment of the little ones. But I sure am not use to it. One of the things I do not miss is the dirty diapers man I cannot even get my girls to change one.
One thing that Liam did after I was done groceries I had bought as a treat some chocolate chip teddy grahams ( Im allowed to treat it is the aunite book ) any way Liam was helping me unpack he saw the teddy cookies and said "oh.. my... gosh" it was so funny you probably had to be there as it was all in the way he said it. If any of you know Liam he loves to comment on things. I will try and post some more comments as the week goes on. Dave and Shannon if you do get around to reading this your boys are fine and very entertaining. Oh ya thanks for the flu too. It went right through the house I had to call in sick for a day of work I have not done that in 2 yrs. Monica and Josh got to miss a exam too. Better go gotta go get some homework done while they are busy playing as we are going to Walmart when Meg is done work tonight. Liam wants to meet her BF. He keeps asking.

Finally some SNOW

Who likes snow? I do I do. I must admit I'm not one of those people that do not like the snow. I love to be able to go out side and smell the fresh air when new snow has fallen. I think it is so pretty that is until you add all the sand and salt and the snow goes brown and muddy. I love to cross country ski and snowshoe I recieved some for my birthday last april and have not been able to use them yet wonder why!
I pray everyone had a wonderful Christmas! And I'm sure eveyone had a superior New Years. As a family we went to Niagara Falls as my husbands birthday lands on the 31st of Dec. He turned 45 this year wow what a young buck eh. We had a lot of fun well I sure hope everyone did. I never heard that they were bored. We stayed at a hotel with a full breakfast and a indoor pool. On New Years day Ron, 2 of my daughters, and myself headed down to see my sister in West Virgina. The other 2 had to work. We did nothing but shop ( of course) and visit. It was short but sweet. We came home on the Wed. It is just nice to see them instead of just talking to them on MSN and the phone.After we came back it was back to the book work and work itself. I had a assingment due on the 7th and had I finished it yet? Not. Well I did finish it on time and happen to get 85.5 % not bad eh. I can do better though. My next assignment is due on the 7th of Febuary. I have already started it. I have to contact a few departments and go asses them fun wow. One being the local hospital the other the local high school. Ill let you know how it goes. I was going to post a picture of the snow but I will do that tomorrow. Ok so here we go right after I blogged about the tree pictures I fixed the tree and was just about to spray it again and guess what thats right he was in the tree I got proof. Here he is his name is beans and boy is he full of it literaly.

Ok so here are the pictures the first one here is a tree of course then besdie it is my piano full of snowmen then my TV unit full of more snowmen then my ugly tree again witht the angel half off and no beads .



This here is what I come home to. The gap at the top and a bunch of ornaments off. if I had gotten up closer you could see all the branches missing in between this was this morning.

Today I'm goin to wrap some gifts put them under and see what happens. but the puppy likes to chew anything I may just put up a fence around it.
