Taking one day at a time
Well time sure has gone by fast. I did not realize it has been that long since I last posted. I guess I have been very busy. Since my last post I have managed to move a child into a new apartment 1 hr away. Trying to keep up my homework as well as putting in extra time at work for a girl who has been away. I'm also trying to get a new program for my husbands business going. I have decided to start simply accounting. Before I would do all the books by hand it is so time consuming.A friend of mine is a accountant and she is helping me get set up so maybe I'll have my taxes done on time for once. I should have the year 2005 taxes done by the end of next week though. Along with all that I had a pampered chef party that went very well. I was trying to help out my oldest daughter start her hope chest. We should be able to get a few things, for her to start. At this moment she is out getting a new paint brush as she is painting her room. Since her sister moved out her brother moved upstaires and she got the bigger bed room in the basement. Now she has to paint it as we just finished drywalling and making a new clothes closet in it. I hope she is taking before and after pictures so you can check it out on her blog. So right now my basement is a mess. I then have to finish the other bed room down there so Mel will have somewhere to sleep when she comes home. I had a thought of getting a exchange student also.
Last week my sister came up for a few days. It was a very nice time together I enjoyed the visit as I dont get to see her very often. We did not do much but we did get to go shopping and go to the Mandarin for her 45th birthday. She was also here for my pampered chef party.
With all that said and done I shall retire and do some homework.

Wow you are such a busy lady. I am not sure how you do it all. I guess it all takes time and oragization would be a bonus. Good luck with the program for the business, I hope it does help you save some time. Glad you enjoyed time with your sis, she is a very special lady and its great to be able to spend time together. I don't have siblings but I hope that I can take a day or two to spend with some family. Enjoy your week.

I have been thinking about a hope chest for my girls and trying to decide when we should start it. I have a trunk right now for Keri, it is a cute one like Mr. Dressups...What kinds of things are you guys putting in it?

Your an awesome mom!! And you do a great job at balancing everything that goes on at the house. I'm learning some good lessons from you!
